3CX Live Chat Plugin Stopped working

Our 3CX Live Chat plug-in randomly stopped working. When the user puts in the name and email, all we see are the three dots blinking on the window. How do we get past this?

I see this in the browser inspection widow. callus.js is trying to do something over and over again.

I have same issue. I am not using the 3CX integration. callus.js:31:89805 log is "Wrong Chat id" and it is repeating.
