3cx Live Chat & Talk "No Agents available"

Having this issue with the wordpress plugin.

I have users online and the plugin seems to work just fine, but when a user opens the plugin is says "No Agents available at the moment. Please leave a message and we will contact you shortly."

Anyone else having this issue?

Once you send a message it goes to all the right place and we can chat back and forth, but this initial message is super annoying.

I just get "failed to fetch, Try again" when i try typing in a text message. if i copy and paste the link from the wordpress 3cx pulgin into the chrome browser address bar i can use it but not if i add the embed code onto a webpage.

Never mind found the issue and all working now. I had done a restore on the programming and not put back in my website address in the settings/wordpress section again.

is the web chat and calling supposed to work from chrome on a mobile phone? if so i have not got it to work yet.
the chat box just says no agents available and if you try and send a message you got the "failed to fetch, try again" message.
Cell phone web address is saying it's https://
I can use it from a pc chrome browser.

The configuration utilized for mobile and pc browser is the same. Please make sure that your mobile device is accessing the PBX network wise without any issues.

If the issue still persist, please send me in a Personal Message more information regarding your setup.
