3cx LiveChat WordPress Plugin Issues

HI,

We are using the 3cx Live Chat plugin on our wordpress site at https://portal.test.claritybenefitsolutions.com/. The plugin talks to a 3cx backend setup with an Enterprise Subscription.

The plugin is a great start for enabling live chat in our website BUT it has the following issues/features we would nees to provide. We are programmers and can code php/html/js is needed.

1) When we reload a page, or nvigate to another page in the same tab or new tab, the chat session is not preserved. Ideally the pchat window would pop up again if a session was active for this user with the messages loaded.

2) We would like to customize the cal queue it talks to based on the area of the website the visitor is on - how could we achieve that?

3) How could we enabling emailing a chat transcript to the user at the end of the chat?

Hello @clarity dev ,

Point 1: It is in our backlog to fix the session preservation issue.
Point 2: Use the online-code generator - https://www.3cx.com/live-chat/code-generator/ to generate the script to be added on other pages. Explicitely exclude the "3CX Live Chat" from showing on those manually configured pages.
From generated script make sure that you remove the <script src .... line as it will not be needed, if it is already on the footer of the page.
It's not a straight forward approach but it is a workaround. In the future, we will support multiple configurations.

Point 3: At the moment it is not possible.
