3cx log reporter preview, window 2008 64 bits

Does anyone know why 3cx log report preview deos not display on window2008 64 bit system? Any would help.

I think the problem is on your server.

What display are you getting? An error message? Something? Nothing?

I have win2k8 64 bit, win2k8 r2 and win2k8 32 all working

Havent heard of this issue before none the less it was probably opening on a different monitor or he had another instance of it running. But it would be useful shoul anoter user run into the same thing to know the solution to a problem that may be present.

Without knowing i would say that he probably did not install framework 3.5 / 4.0.
