3CX Mac or Windows softphone not showing CRM contact URL

We successfully set-up the CRM integration with a JSON connection to our internal CRM.
However, what we are missing with the official 3CX windows and Mac softphone is:

1. A possibility to open the transmitted Contact URL in a browser (through a click)
2. To view all information (company name etc.) in Windows, the company name we could only see in Mac softphone

Especially 1) would be very important, as we don't want to set up each PC with another local batch file handing over the CallerID to a browser and letting a script open the correct CRM page.

Please help - this all works in the 3CX web client, why doesn't it in the 3CX softclient?

This is a feature that is ONLY available in the Web Client. The Contact URL is not available for the other clients.

And why can't you implement it? It would be perfectly easy - and the softphone client has some significant advantages over the web client, so we want to roll this out with the customer and not the web client.

Unfortunately as I mentioned before, the feature is only available in the Web Client. Please suggest the implementation of this through the 3CX Ideas site.
