3cx mail server

Good Afternoon

I'm not a new person with 3CX but i have installed a new version onto my computer

i did not realize the 3cx phone for android and mac was updated to have to now go through the welcome email sent to an email address, it used to be i could manually configure my account

i have tried my gmail and personal web servers and both times i get this message
The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.

How do i get this to work for i can get my 3cx mobile devices to work?

I am also having this issue, even though being connected to our on-premise exchange server used to work.
