Hello,
I can't open 3CX Management console. There is nginx installed on the system(debian 9). Tried to stop nginx service it doesn't help. Ports are opened in iptables
3CX services are running

Do you have any thoughts regarding the possible reason for the issue?

What error do you see exactly when you try to open it?

Have you tried reaching it via IP?

Is it cloud or locally hosted?

Do you have SSH access to the machine for further troubleshooting?

I tried reaching it via IP and have the same result. Seems nothing listening to those ports
Its VM on a provider KVM hypervisor
Yes, I have SSH

Try restarting the Management Console service? Not sure if there's an equivalent on Debian.

try a VM reboot, if no result try to connect ssh and check if all services are running

I tried all of these. It didn't help.
3CX services are running

is it a new pbx and it never worked or was it working fine and degraded to not working?

It was fine and became unavailable a few days ago.

how did you do initial install? from 3cx iso using pbxexpress ?

Thank you all. Looks I found the issue. Vhost for 3CX Web Management Console was missing(disappeared for some reason). Recreated it and it is working now
