Solved '3CX Media Server'

Hello,

Can someone please explain to me what the '3CX Media Server' is ? I see it in the firewall test but don't quite understand whats its used for as i understood all webmeetings go direct via 3CX cloud servers.

Its what takes care of the audio for SIP calls, and Webmeeting Bridge calls.

For purely browser based Webmeetings though, it is not needed because the 3CX cloud MCUs act as media servers there.
