3cx Mobile App Exit Button

Hi guys, it seems new version of the app has again, removed the exit button. See my thread previously. Im getting clients asking again about this.

Hi Rhys,

If you are referring to exit-without-push then this has been superseded to solve some issues caused by the devices constantly registering and unregistering to PUSH (When using the older method).

If you want this feature then you can now use the per-status PUSH switch.

In case you have a user that has a deskphone and a 3cx app, you can program their Available status to have push enabled, and their Available2 status to not have it enabled. Available2 can be renamed also to "Available - NO PUSH" to make it easier on the user to switch profiles.




All they need to do when they come in the office is:

1. Tap the green square
2. Tap Available - NO PUSH

(already renamed in my example)
