V18, can dial out just fine. Inbound calls are not ringing 3CX app clients for both Android and iOS clients.

I've created a new extension with default settings, provisioned my iPhone to the 3CX app, routed an inbound DID to the new extension and tested... I see the active call in the call log, but the 3CX app is not ringing.

Using 3CX mobile app v16.1.8.110

Any help would be appreciated.

What version of the 3CX Server are you currently running?

Has this been tested when the devices are using Wifi, on the local LAN (is there a local LAN, or is 3CX remotely hosted?), and 3/4G on the phone providers data connection?
What does the 3CX Activity log show, for the call? Does it appear that it is being sent to the correct endpoint?

The system is cloud hosted.. per my previous post, I see the call taking place and being sent to the proper endpoint in the activity log. The 3CX app connected to the endpoint does not ring. DND is not enabled, this is happening across multiple endpoints.

Does it ring in the webclient?

@kriley87 Android and IOS, while follow the same logic, they work slightly differently.
So by the time both Android/IOS have the same problem, I would also like to know what @SweetAction said.

Following this thread as we have several people who use the mobile app when out of the office or working from home, and if it's an issue, will not upgrade until a resolution is found. We currently have several people who sometimes work from home and don't want to disrupt services if it's an issue.

The implementations are very similar between V16 U8 and V18, most of the changes have happened on the mobile apps themselves which will update automatically most likely anyway.
It's your choice, but overall PUSH has been improved both in responsiveness and reliability.

Upgrade though when you feel comfortable.

Note:
If PUSH stops working at some point without notice, the first thing you will need to do is upgrade your 3CX Server.
Apple and even more so Google are well known to change things without a lot of notice, and that includes PUSH-related things too. If your server version is no longer supported by the PUSH implementation Apple/Google have, it will stop working all together.

Any additional updates on this? Still seeing some problems on iOS 15.1

Hi!

What kind of problems? This thread was about a very specific case.

If you are asking about something different, maybe it's better to create a new thread in the IOS section of the forum.
