If you are member of multiple call queues.
when you want to call out from your 3cx mobile app, are you able to select from which queue to call out and the caller see the caller id of the queue.

e.g.
user 1 is member of call queue 1,2 and 3.
call queue 1 cli is 8899 1122
call queue 2 cli is 8899 1133
call queue 3 cli is 8899 1144

can the user on 3cx mobile app switch between call queue to call out so receiver see the correct cli? if not from mobile app is this possible from the desktop app?

Typically you would do this with an outbound rule and a prefix.

So a rule that is for X digits, where the prefix is ___, strip those digits and send it out via trunk Y with CID of _____.
Any device can trigger that rule by dialing the prefix in front of the number.

There are other ways, including 3rd party tools, to do this, but the easiest way that's officially supported is this.
