We have 3CX installed on Premises. Its Upgraded to version 18 to 20.After the upgrade we can't use Mobile EXT in same WIF Network .But it work fine in Mobile Data and outside Network.. Only from office lan we can't use Mobile Extension..3cx Firewall check is already done..
Note that
3CX FQDN Link is open from Outside but from inside network i open the Fqdn link its goes to our Network Router Interface not Route to 3CX Server. I notice that that reason. That Router Connect to the Firewall and open ports in that firewall How we can solve the issue
