Hi,
I'm a bit confused on how the mobile client fits in with the rest of the system. Some our users have iPhones with the 3CX app installed, and I was wondering if they have the mobile app and the Windows client both running how does 3CX direct incoming calls? Does it use the "Use this device for calls" setting in the web client? Or do both ring?

Also, what if they have their Presence sent to Away on the Windows client (set to forward to voicemail) but the 3CX mobile app is running on their phone? Will it ring or go right to voicemail?
Do users ever need to change the "Use this device for calls" setting manually or does it change on its own?
