We have a hunt group so that incoming calls rings to our desktop app. For the longest time it would ring the mobile app too, until a recently we can make calls out but not calls come to the 3cx mobile app. Accept PUSH notifications are enabled.
We do not want it to also ring to our personal mobile number. It didnt matter if the 3cx app was closed or not it would ring if needed. I'm not able to see where this can be adjusted
Its not a FW issue, its the same case in or out of the office
Not Battery efficiency and we are all not walking around with our phones on DND
We reinstalled and reprovisioned the app
