3Cx Monitoring

Hi,

Is it possible to monitor multiple 3cx server's using a single tool?
We might implement a scenario where in I will have to monitor the client's servers too.
So, instead of monitoring the management consoles of each server, is there a way to monitor all the server's using a single tool?

Hi Techdummy,

At this point a standalone tool does not exist for this however we are monitoring our PBXs using our RMM tool and log gathering.

If you are a 3CX partner you can gain limited information from the 'Installs' tab of your partner portal but this isn't really suitable for realtime monitoring of production systems.

That being said aside from running out of disk space due to large log files, if correctly configured 3CX is very stable and does not require a constant monitoring solution to put it right on a regular basis.

What RMM tool can be used to monitor the 3cx system? Can you please suggest me a few if there are?
Also are you monitoring multiple instances using your monitoring tool?

Hi Techdummy, we run a heavily modified version of Connectwise Automate to achieve our monitoring
