3CX Multi Tenant logon issues

Hello just trying to setup the multi tenant software and having a couple of issues registering phones, I have tried everything I know to get it going and can't register an extension, it keeps coming up with authentication error on the remote ip phone no matter what I do,

anyone got any ideas I can can try or point out where I am going wrong,

sorted it out, darn tick box I missed and blacklisted IP but now working a treat, what a great system
