Hello Community

I'm new to 3cx world, so far i was able to install 3cx on 2 sites, and pass the firewall test on both sides and created a bridge (master/slave). now both ipbx can see each other and even can share contacts between site A and site B
here's what i would like to do :

On site A (the Master) i would like to assign a touch on the Digital receptionist to call an extension in Site B, extensions in site A start with 1xx, and extensions in site B start with 2xx; however extensions in site B don't show in the droplist, and i'm unable to write it manually
is that possible ? am i missing something in the config ?

Thanks a lot for you help

Wrong forum. This is for the 3CX StartUP proposition.

You can not transfer calls from an IVR directly to a bridged extension, for this, you would need to create dummy extensions in site 1 PBX that has been configured with a mobile number of the number that needs to be dialed to reach the corresponding bridged extension in site 2, and have the option 'Ring my mobile simultaneously' set under their forwarding rules. With the correct outbound rules set up, you will then be able to assign the key in the IVR to ring the dummy extension in site 1 which will in turn ring the brigade extension in site 2. Note: that it will not be able to direct-dial an extension in site 2, from the IVR of site 1 with this method, but you will be able to assign a key in site 1's IVR to reach an extension in site 2.
