3CX Myphone Connection

We have 2 offices that are connect on the 3CX system though Port/trunks.

Right now we have one office 3CX MyPhone interface and another 3CX MyPhone interface for the other office.

Is there anyway to combine both offices within ONE 3CX MYPHONE interface?

depending on what version you are on you can publish the information across the "bridge" to the other end. Then in MyPhone you will have a TAB at the top to the other office.
So, first are the offices connected via a 3cx Bridge? You mention they are connected thru a trunk.
The Enterprise versions can publish their presence information. So, in your case, both sides would need to be enterprise (32 call version and above).

Version V11 SP3. Yes the offices are connected via 3cx Bridge.

How would I be able to publish the information across the bridge?

Once I'm able to publish the information across the bridge in MYPHONE, will I be able to send chats across the bridge inside MYPHONE to both offices?
