3CX MyPhone event log error

We are running 3CX MyPhone on a terminal server (2011 SBS) and every so often, the following error is logged:

The element asmv2:clrClassInvocation appears as a child of element urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1^entryPoint which is not supported by this version of Windows.

Is it a case of reinstalling the Outlook addin or is there anything else I can do or try?
