3CX Myphone

Hi,

Anyone experience on Myphone when you go to the Bridge tab where you can see extensions on that bridge. i get "Could not established connection with the server. Please try again". But both bridges are connected and i enabled Publish information, receive information on myphone.


US and Philippine bridge connection using UDP.

Philippine myphone can view US tab showing all extensions in US but US can't view Philippine tab and shows the error i stated above.

Does port 5000 might be the cause?

On US side from 3cx computer:

telnet IP_adress_of_3cx_Phillipine 5000 if connection failed/refused than something is blocking port 5000, i was in the same situation, on the remote side ISA firewall was blcoking traffic.

Which method are you using for bridge, Direct-UDP or tunnel TCP?

I fixed it by Port Forwarding 5000 to Philippines 3CX server.
