3CX NFR

Hi all,

from today we are a bronze partner and got NFR license. It is possible to change the licence without reinstalling the system? Currently we have a pro license activated on our 3CX.

Hi @emtexcc,

You won't be able to replace the license key.

In this case what you can do is to create a backup without the License Key. You can then release the FQDN and then reinstall using the same FQDN using the backup with the new NFR license key.
