I'm using 3cx v20 update 3 version(locally hosted) and tried to setup one analog Emergency phone with the help of Grand stream HT 801 .i hv listed down the steps below as still the phone is not working

1.Created new extension as 5555 in users named as Pool emergency
2.Added new extension under+add Dect/FSs > selected GT801 , added mac address>selected Fax in T.38 > downloaded the configuration XMl file
3.Serched the GT801 ip via firewall and logged into the same and changed the password
4.in the advanced tab, upload configuration selected the xml file and after applying the HT801 got rebooted
5.waited for 2-3 minutes and the internet light came back and i was able to communicate
6.The telephone light is still not enabled and it only blink if i take the receiver
7.after all these when i tried to access the device config the admin password was not accepting as it was changed after configuration uploaded
8 .Whel login to the console with new password from 3cx i can see in port status the ext 5555 shows and says not registered., even in cofig 3cx auto config is selected yes only
9.How to make this registered as im not that much expert in 3cx.

First step, check if the device ip is blacklisted on 3CX? in the Admin Console > Advanced > IP Blacklist menu, then do a ping test from the 3CX server to the grandstream device, this is the first step. after that make sure the Extension, ID, Password, Server are filled in correctly, hopefully it helps.

Hi Fabin , thanks for the reply. I do check for the blacklist and dont see any entry for the same. The ip series for the phones are 10.70.50.0 /24 series and the device got ip address in the range of 192.168.1.0 /24 series and i do see entry for 10.70.50/24 allowed in backlist.so do i need to add same series allowed??

not any SBC , it locally hosted server running with Linux and in Vm ware
Other phones connected in different same 192.x.x.x series working fine

also tried ping from server not success .may be i need to set GT H801 as static same 10series and try???

You can try to do a ping test from the segment obtained by the GT H801, either a ping test from the device's web gui, or if there isn't one, you can plug in the cable connected to the GT H801 on the laptop to test whether the segment can reach the 3CX Server IP that you are hosting locally, and an additional answer, yes you need to whitelist all the segments that you use on the host/end user.

you can also try registration mode using UDP/TCP. hope this helps.
