We have a bridge setup with Dummy Extension on Side A - (Referring to it as A)

The A user has mobile set to the Side B extensions number. We use dialler rules to push the call across the bridge.
A is in a Level 1 queue.

The issue we have, is that if the Side B extension is busy, the A side is not recognising this and the call goes to the B sides voicemail. (We want it to fail and escalate to Level 2 queue).

This WAS working, but a recent update appears to have broken it.

Any suggestions / way to get A to realise when the B side is already on a call?

Hi there,

I don't think this ever worked the way you want it to work. You are using the mobile field of side A to forward a call across the bridge. For the PBX this is a normal number not an extension and has no way of checking if this "mobile" number is busy or not before forwarding the call.
