3cx Not Working

Hi Guys,

I have an issue with my 3cx installed in Debian 9 after the Debian 9 got updated my 3cx is not working. Does anyone have an idea how to resolve this issue? And also how to restart all 3cx services in SSH?

Not sure what your problem is but I would consider reinstalling 3CX and see if that fixes your issue.
Can you just reboot to restart all services?

We already restarted the server itself but we still can't access the 3cx Management Console.
How to restart all services?

Hello @Andrew Aguilar

First you need to check if a service is not running. To do so use:

service 3CX* status

If you want to stop all services and then start all services the you can use

3CXStopServices
3CXStartServices
