3cx on AWS - Can not log on

I am trying to migrate to the cloud with the 3cx on AWS. But when I try to log on it says ID:3cx and pw:instance but when i enter 3CX or 3cx as the ID and copy and paste the instance ID
it does not allow me to log on. Can someone PLEASE help me this is super annoying. Thank you

Now I am also getting BAD GATEWAY error message and not sure if it is due to the fact that i entered the wrong password like 20x or what is going on. Any help, helps..

Migrate how? Using PBXExpress? Manual Install? If you restored your backup your username and password is the same as it was before, 3CX doesn't change it. But yes you probably locked yourself out at this point so you'd want to try logging in from a different IP address.

I got in now for the 1st time. I am doing a restore from my Physical server backup to the cloud.
now my question is I set it up as DYNAMIC as I am not sure if AWS is static or Dynamic. But i think that is why the FQDN is in place correct?

Now that I have applied the BACKUP to my AWS 3cx. can anyone give me an idea on what this might end up costing me per month??
