3CX on cloud is missing generic sip trunk options?

I have only seen 3CX tested option only, but where is the generic one?

With SMB you can use only providers that are available within the system.
Generic providers are not supported and therefore can be used only with a dedicated systems.

SMB always required use of tested supported providers available to choose in the system.

We both have limitation of 10 users and also on cloud version, so that's make me believe we are all in same SMB system

I have tested SMB by signing up for one just now and confirm that only 3CX Supported providers can be used.
