Another step towards the final release of Update 10.
Following Alpha and Alpha 2, V20 Update 10 moves into Beta. This release focuses on fixes to CRM integrations, authentication, templates and more. We encourage Partners and customers testing the Alpha builds to update their test systems and share their feedback.
Building on the Alpha Releases
Update 10 brings new AI, integration and administration capabilities to 3CX. If you haven’t explored them yet, the Beta is an opportunity to test:
- AI and programmability: Native MCP support, the standalone 3CX AI Server, Customer Service AI Agents, AI Call Scripts and Programmable Extensions, introduced in Update 10 Alpha.
- Phone firmware management: Assign vendor firmware to individual phones or selected groups while keeping other phones on the 3CX-tested default.
- More AI options: Use xAI Grok with built-in 3CX AI Agents and customize the prompt used to generate call summaries.
Read the Alpha 2 announcement for details on firmware management, Grok and summary customisation.
