Dear all,

i would like to know the details about 3CX on cloud. What would be the pricing?

Request you to clarify, If we host 3CX on cloud, shall we get calls through softphones. Because in India Voip calls on softphones not permitted.

Also suggest me Cloud telephony solutions with Soft phone call landing in India.

Pricing for what? Cloud hosting, SIP trunking, license?

For the cloud, you would find your size here:

https://www.3cx.com/docs/recommended-hardware-specifications-for-3cx/

And the check with whatever provider you choose for that instance size.

For the license, you can see pricing here:

https://www.3cx.com/ordering/pricing/

Huh? I think you mean cell phones because if you can't use VoIP on soft phones, what's the point. If your cell carrier only blocks 5060, then using the 3CX tunnel should bypass any traffic restrictions.

We need complete Cloud contact center solution(India), Calls should get terminated with PC Soft phones in India.

If you are from India, i think you are in the best situation to know what could exist in your country or what you can use in India from worlwide services (host and sip trunks).
if nothing from India 3cx supported then choose in worldwide services

Do you have VoIP providers in India?
You can use OVH as Cloud hoster and for more privacy.
VoIP calls on softphones are not permitted..., so why not use VPN.

BTW: I have a customer who build websites and he has a sub-office in India with several desk phones that use STUN. They use the phones without issues.
I know… a desk phone is not a softphone.
His PBX is hosted by OVH and because the head office is in the Netherlands, he uses a Dutch VoIP provider (I happen to be that too).

Keep in mind that calls to India are International calls (from Holland to India) and could be more expensive than National (local) calls in India.
