Hello everyone,

I am trying to install 3CX on Debian 10, I am installing it on a thinclient (Dell Wyse 7010) with 4gb ram and 32gb disk space.

When trying to install 3cxpbx i get the following error message:

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package 3cxpbx

I followed this tutorial: https://computingforgeeks.com/how-to-install-and-configure-3cx-pbx-on-debian/

Can someone tell me why?

Hi @JesperVeld,

I would suggest installing 3CX using our ISO. It will install the OS and 3CX thereafter. You can download it from within your Customer Portal under Downloads.

I tried to do that but I got an error message installing something called GRUB... Then i tried installing Debian 10 (i386) and that did work.

is there an iso with i386 ?

As above, use the 3CX ISO image
So I need a x64 bit processor?

Yes, same applies to all modern operating systems as all processors now are 64bit and not 32Bit
