Solved 3CX on Raspberry Pi faulty encoding

Hi guys, I came across this error today, while setting up the 3cx. I downloaded all of the locales but i am still getting the same error! What do i have do to solve it?

If so what step are you getting the error codes

Hi, thanks for your reply. I did follow the steps. Everything works fine until this step :

Registration Details​

Confirm your registration details to get one year of free updates/maintenance and access to the customer portal at https://login.3cx.com

I fill in my details : Contact name, Company name, Email, Phone, Country

I click finish, and it says creating PBX. seconds later i get the above error

Well, it looks like I had to install the image from the instructions! Now it works!

Glad to see you got this resolved!

Just want to add that you must indeed follow the guide and use the provided image file, but you must also make sure that when selecting the OS language, you select the UTF8 variant of that language.
