3CX on terminal environment

Hello guys,

just wanted to ask if anyone have experience with 3CX and terminal server farm. Basically I ve been testing desktop/web client with mapped audio device from local to ts, but quality is not really ideal. Is there any way (CTI) which allows controlling desktop/web client installed on local from ts? Like dialling, picking, hanging up the call? Think in previous versions there was integration (CTI) from webclient to desktop client, but in ver 18 I cant find it.

You can still do this but you would have to use the 3CX Windows App on the actual PC (Not TS):


It is still supported in V18 and can be controlled via the 3CX Webclient.

Then Install the 3CX Windows App on the PC:
