Hi There,

Please can someone guide me on how to create a outbund rule or how to sort this issue.
We get incoming calls from numbers that start with +44, However when we try call those numbers back we have to manually add +44 and can't dial the number with the prefix 0

I'm a bit confused. Are you attempting to redial the number as it shows on your caller ID, with the+44, and that's not working? ...or does the number show with a leading zero and the outgoing call requires the +44 instead.

You might want to look into Caller Id reformatting.

The outgoing rules are not correct, if they are, the number you are dialing doesnt matter.

Agreed. However some users want to simply hit "redial", based on the caller ID, in which case you'd need to reformat the CID.

That's why you need to configure your outbound rules correctly and you can dial any number you want.
