3CX PBX 4 Alpha VoIP Line Register

After installing 3CX 4 Alpha and importing the settings from a 3.1 version, VoIP lines do not register correctly. Also, trying to edit the Outbound Dialing rules results in an error.
Can the line registering problem be caused by a firewall issue, although all worked fine in 3.1.

I believe the post on the alpha was that you are not supposed to import settings into it, so you may want to add everything from scratch.
