Which one is the best ?

Depends on future releases.

I've tried both and right now I would say that they both provide just the basics. The only thing that would make Axon better at this time is that you can purchase addons. I think 3cx will be free in the future, which I would love someone to confirm; otherwise, I'll spend some time getting Trixbox working. For now 3cx seems the most promising over the long term.

Acon or 3CX

There will always be a 3CX Free edition which will suffice for home offices and small businesses and maybe more (depending on needs)
