Changing Default Background on V62G

We have a customer that uses all V62G's on auto provision, they had a problem with the default 3CX logo as they couldnt see the text on the caller id.

However now they are saying they dont like the default V62's background.

To remove the 3CX logo we changed the template and re-provisioned all the phones, but we are now unsure how to completely remove the background and have it as black.

Could anyone advise please?

Hi @Harvez if they are using an AI subscription, then when you edit the user extension --- phones tab --- you can change the logo, please check the pic below:



For the background you would need to use a custom template

Thank you for your reply, we did look at swapping them to AI however they are currently on Pro Edition 8 Calls
