3CX Phone 6 - Questions

Hi Guys,

I have been searching around and can't find the answers to the following questions which I'm hoping someone on here will be able to answer.

1) is there a way to get 3CX phone 6 to recognize answer commands from Plantonics Voyager UC mainly the answer button.
2) is there a defined list of supported short cut commands for answer hang up etc.

3CX phone 6 is a very old version of the softphone and has been for quite some time. I would recommend upgrading to a newer version where there is ample documentation and support.
