3cx phone book on Yealink t46s or T29g

Hello All,

I have an issue a few sites, they can not view the 3cx phone book with the error saying

"Cannot download remote phonebook"

This is an issue in our office on my T46s using firmware 66.83.0.55, I have tried for a while to today to update my firmware but it always fails, even with a factory reset and a locally stored firmware rom. I tested 66.84.0.80 and the newest 66.85.0.5

I'm not sure when the issue started as I don't know many people who use the feature.

Both servers are in the aws cloud, I do have one client with the 3cx server local and it works fine for them. Allt he servers are on Ver 16 sp 5

I can open the address book ulr from my pc with no issues, it is an https url

If it matter we have SBC in our office as well


On a second topic be nice if I could get me phone to update the firmware?

How many users and contacts are on the system? If it's too big, it could be possible that the phone doesn't load it.

We only have 20 ext +/_, the one company that reported the issue is also a smaller size.
