3CX Phone for Android v12 Display Options

Is it possible not to display the caller in full screen.

We have some users who are members of two groups which and need to decide on whether to answer a call based on which line is ringing.

We have Prepended the ring group name to the caller ID but it doesn't show on the Android client as the screen changes to full screen and just shows the calling number.

The ring group shows on 3CX Phone for Windows.

For now this is the default behavior of the Android client and there isn't a setting that can be changed to alter this. Maybe in a future update this will change. I suggest you post this though on ideas.3cx.com so that the developers can see maybe see it and address it.
