3CX phone for Windows 14 will not start

Getting "[02.08.2016 14:57:46.445][1] System.Windows.Markup.XamlParseException: Provide value on 'System.Windows.Markup.StaticExtension' threw an exception. ---> System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for '_3CXWin8Phone.ViewModel.DialPadOperationsVM' threw an exception. ---> System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for '_3CXWin8Phone.Biz' threw an exception. ---> System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'VCEWindows8Agent.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found." in the 3CXPhoneForWindows.log file. Anyone run a crossed this before? Have tried to uninstall and re-install. The file is there.

Hi there,
To resolve this issue please reinstall MS Visual C++ Runtime 2010 x86, restart machine and retry.
