3CX Phone for Windows doesn't save settings Windows 8.1

Hi,

Houston we've got a problem!..

I'm new to 3CX. After installing and configuring 3CX Phone system i'm trying to get 3CX Phone for Windows to work. When i enter some settings and tell it to save those settings my accountsscreen stays empty!..

Searching on Google or this form doesn't show much. The only thing which maybe comes close (removing an XML-file) isn't a solution either cause there aint a XML-file being created..?!

Please advice.

Hi there,
Are you fully up-to-date on windows updates ? and on .NET ? if not please adjust and see if issue persists.
Furthermore please confirm if you are running latest version of 3CXPhone available (v12 SP6.1).
