Should i consider upgrading to windows 10? All my other clients have windows 10 and no one reported me such a thing..

I`ve also attached the log.

Best regards,
Iulian

Well...support for Windows 7 ends early next year, so you're probably going to want to upgrade before that time anyway. If they are used to using Windows 7, and a move to 10 is a big change, then consider using something like http://www.classicshell.net/ , to make the transition easier. I'm not a fan of 10 myself. If it is just the one machine, then It might be a hardware issue, or an interaction with another programme running. You can try shutting down any programmes that are not actually needed, which, after a few years use, can be quite the number . The ones that restart automatically will, on the next start-up. You could also try a re-install.

I feel like chaning the os would solve the issue. But the fact that, after a restart, the 3cx app restarts working gets me nervous and i can`t figure out why...

There could be a memory leak, in some other application that, as time goes on, slows the computer, or certain functions on the computer. You are going to have to upgrade the computer OS anyway, so you are just delaying the inevitable, unless you want to risk not having security updates. If you plan on re-using the same computer, you might consider a hard drive upgrade (SSD?). Install the new OS on the new harddrive, then you still have all of the data on the ols (USB connector), and worse case senario, you can pop it back in. If it is a new computer, then they can run side-by side until the new computer is running to their liking.

Hi, leejor. In fact I was about to order a new disc for testing the new solution. I guess its the best way I can manage to get out of this rude situation. Thanks a lot for your advice. I`ll be back as soon as the solution will be implemented.

Hi @Iulian Ionel

I would suggest to move the user to windows 10 64-bit as soon as possible.
