Since the most recent update for the 3CX phone in SP3 most of our soft phones behave well, however, we still have 1 computer that loses it's configuration on a blue monday, just once a month instead of every other day. Intruiging.
We also use quite a few queues and we have 1 user that every week loses the queue management tab in the presence manager.
I've clicked myself silly left and right to no avail in the presence manager to get the queues status back. Maybe it needs a menu so I can enable it again.
To get it back we remove the account and add it back again, at which point the queue manager shows up again in the presence manager.
