3cx Phone System 18 - renew ssl certificate nginx error

Hi.
I've oin promise system - 3cx Phone System 18 Update 9 with own fqdn on my company.

a few days ago the certificate stopped working,so the softphone stopped working and when we tried to change it to a new one, the service did not start.
when we change the certificate back, the service going up, but again does not work.
Note that the certificate is our own and for two years it worked without problems

When you updated your custom FQDN certificate, did you also replace the private key for the new certificate? If not the nginx serves will nto start.
