3CX Phone System - Scheduled Backup Failed

Hi, I am a new to 3cx and I've been getting emails saying that the backup has failed.I tried moving the backup to another location thinking the storage is already full but I got the same message again. Has anyone encountered the same error before?

Are you using google drive as the backup location ?

What options have you selected in the backup job ?

If google drive change the backup time to the middle of the night.

Ours failed last night as well, same error. Likely a Google thing. I've read that if the beackups fail repeatedly, change the time of the backup. We had the issue a few months back and tried it and it worked, until today. Perhaps it's unrelated. We tried contacting Google but they were unresponsive.
