3CX phone system upgrade

Hi,

3CX phone system upgrade (Ver 15) was disaster. All phones started ringing and all FXO gateway was offline. Went back to ver 12 again. All phones & gateway firmware need to be ungraded first.

I tried to upgrade firmware of 2160 from 1.0.7.x to 1.0.8.53, after updating display went blank but phone is working. Then I upgraded from 1.0.8.x 1.0.11.x and now display is still blank and cannot login to phone web console (always displaying incorrect password.)

Did you tried to upgrade directly V12 to V15?
if so this is surely why it turns into disaster, most probably you need intermediate step.
What do try to achieve ? coming to latest V16SP4 ?

Do you have a large pbx config, if not perhaps it's quicker for you and better result to install a fresh V16SP4 and then do settings manually

If like i Guess this is a windows pbx then be sure first your computer OS is always supported , no less than W10 64bits Pro
