After upgrading to 16.0.1.273, the 3cx phonebook is missing on all of our physical Yealink phones. When I attempt to view the phonebook I get the following error: "Cannot download remote phonebook!" Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Were the sets reprovisioned after the upgrade?

I manually reprovisioned mine, still no luck. Also, when I initiate a reboot of the phone, it reports it is skipping an update.

Which model Yealinks are these? All the same model?

We have the following Yealink Models and they are all affected: T46S, T48S, T23G, T42S

i have a T48G on V16 SP1 and i have no problems with phonebook

phones and 3Cx are on same LAN ?

Phones and 3cx are on the same LAN.

I recall some past issues with Yealinks and the phonebook being resolved if the set is "factory reset" then re-provisioned. You might want to try on one set. The location of the phonebook, in the set, may may have been updated properly for some reason.

on mine phonebook link is working fine with setting like
10720

Are you using the default templates and the 3CX supported firmware for your phones? If not factory reset a phone and provision it with the default template. Then upgrade it to the latest supported firmware and try again. Also check your updates section for any updates available for your devices.

I am using default templates and most up to date firmware.

Get the provisioning link under the phone provisioning tab of a phone and try to manually download a config file.
You will need to append the MAC address of the phone and cfg. For example:
http://192.168.1.216:5000/provisioning/random_provisioning_folder/MAC_Addr.cfg
Replace the missing details with the phones data and paste the link to a browser. You should be able to manually download a config file.
