3CX PhoneSystem service failed to start!

I have Windows server 2008 R2 64 bit, my PhoneSystem service will not start after restart of the server. I can start the service manualy.

I got event id: 7001

The 3CX PhoneSystem ("Parking Orbit") service depends on the 3CX PhoneSystem service which failed to start because of the following error:
The operation completed successfully.

Can somone pleas help me?

Try turrning off UAC, try uninstall, reinstall.
