3CX PhoneSystem Voicemail Manager Service

If you are using exchange for voice mail should the “3CX PhoneSystem Voicemail Manager” Service be in a stopped state?

I've just noticed it's stopped.

The service should still be running.

Please start it manually and see it starts correctly.

If it fails to start, check the Windows event logs to see the reason for the failure of the service starting.

ok I've restarted it and I'll keep an eye on it to see if it stops again.

Interesting that our voice mail via exchange was still working with the service stopped.
