3CX Plugin Manager not working?

Just started to use 3CX phone as a permanent replacement to a physical phone - very happy with it. We are running version 15.5 and have downloaded and installed the plugin manager so 3CXPhone can access Outlook contacts. If I use the 3CX Plugin Manager shortcut I see the Microsoft Outlook option and if I click it I can see my personal address books and can check or uncheck them. They are all checked. In 3CXPhone if I goto Settings-->Advanced Settings-->Integration there is no Mictosoft Outlook setting/option and when I go to Contacts in the 3CX Phone app I only see those users that have an extension.

How do I get the plugin manager to actually connect to my Outlook contacts?

Outlook 2016 (O365 - latest version).

The plugins allow you to make calls from within outlook, by selecting a contact and dialling out via your 3CX client.

The contacts will not appear in the 3CX client however, is this what you originally wanted?
