3CX Prevents Windows Shutdown

When I'm shutting down my Windows 10 computer the 3CX app prevents shutdown. Windows appears to be shutting down, but after minute or so the desktop shows again.

A number of times I've left for the day only to discover that my computer was logged in as me all night without being locked!

However, when I remember to close the 3CX app then Windows shuts down just fine.

I can't find any setting in the app to allow it to close with Windows.

Is there a way around this?

mhh, very special. so far I have not been able to observe that anywhere else. Therefore, I suspect that the cause in your Windowssystem is to seek.
